CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY - We have extended our returns window to 12th January 2022 for unwanted items purchased between 1st November and 24th December.
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.
UK and overseas orders are shipped by DPD, DHL and Royal Mail special delivery. Delivery charges are a follows:
- Standard UK Delivery (2-3 days) Free over £100 or £5 for less
- Next Day delivery (order recieved before 3pm) £8
- London same day delivery (Monday to Friday) £15
- Standard Delivery (2-4 days) 15€
- Next Day Delivery (order before 3pm Monday - Friday) 20€
USA & Rest of World
- Standard Delivery (2-4 days) $20 Rest of World £15
- Next Day USA Delivery (order before 3pm Monday - Friday) $26
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will need to sign for your purchase, so it is important to use a delivery address where you will be available to sign, or somebody you trust can sign for it.
Most orders will be dispatched within 1 working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Click & Collect
This is a free service if you wish to collect your order from our Notting Hill office in person. Please bring along a copy of your order, and to prevent fraud we are unable to release your order without seeing your payment card. We offer free easy returns for UK and EU orders, if unsuitable items are returned to us within 14 days of delivery date (28 days for international orders). Simply fill in the returns form enclosed with your order send the unsuitable items back to us. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered with tags still attached
A free returns label will be included with your order, simply affix this to the parcel and take to your local Post Office. We recommend you keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it. We offer one free return per order, any additional returns will need to be covered by the customer.
Should you need to return your purchase, you have 28 days from receiving your order. There will be a DHL or DPD label enclosed within your order and you can book a free collection with DHL by visiting dhl.com, selecting your country to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL branch to organise collection, or drop of at your local DPD drop off point. We recommend you keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it.
We do not offer free international returns, however you can make your own return using any secure service. We do recommend using a sign for service to provide proof of return. Returns should be sent to the following address -

• All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered with tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items and your refund, which can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
• The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
• The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
• If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued via email.
• The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider
• If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
• If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email or call to let us know. We will hold the new item if available, and dispatch it free of charge when the first item arrives back with us.
TAX and VAT.
For customers in the UK all prices include Duty and VAT. For customers in European countries prices do not include Tax/Vat - All EU orders are subject to Tax/Vat which are the customer’s responsibility to pay when it arrives at the country of destination. DPD/DHL will contact you to make the VAT due when the order is ready for delivery. This can be paid online or by phone.
For US customers shopping on the US site, tax has already been deducted from your order.
However if you order on the UK / DE / EU sites from outside of the UK or EU (Switzerland, Channel Islands etc) Beach Cafe will refund the VAT paid after the point of sale.
We accept payments securely through Sage Pay using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards. Payments can also be made through PayPal & Amazon Pay. All payment details are held securely with your chosen payment provider, Beach Cafe do not have any direct access to payment details.
Beach Cafe uses server security software with SSL encryption to provide the safe transmission of your personal details. All card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. In extremely rare instances Beach Cafe may need to cancel your order, if this is the case you will be contacted via the contact details provided.
