This is a free service if you wish to collect your order from our Notting Hill office in person. Please bring along a copy of your order, and to prevent fraud we are unable to release your order without seeing your payment card. We have a no quibble returns policy, if unsuitable items are returned to us within 14 days of delivery date (28 days for international orders). Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Simply fill in the returns form enclosed with your order send the unsuitable items back to us.
To download the UK FREE RETURNS LABEL click HERE. Affix this to the parcel and take to your local Post Office (UK only) and Royal Mail will do the rest. We recommend you keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it.
For RETURNS OUTSIDE THE UK, we will enclose DHL label with your order, which can be used to attach to your return. You can book a free collection with DHL by visiting dhl.com and selecting your country to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL branch. If you wish to return items to us using your own service the return address is Beach Cafe, Grand Union Studios 1.12, 332 Ladbroke Grove, London, W10 5AD.
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit your credit card.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email or call to let us know. We will hold the new item if available, and dispatch it free of charge when the first item arrives back with us.
If you are placing an order from the USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, Hong Kong, The Channel Islands or any other countries outside the EU, UK TAX will be deducted from your order at the checkout. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
