Christmas Delivery & Returns 2025
We are pleased to offer extended returns for Christmas gifts - orders placed between 17th November and 24th December can be returned up until 19th January 2026. For guaranteed Christmas delivery please order by 22nd December before 3pm in the UK, and by 18th December for orders in Europe and USA.
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.
UK and overseas orders are shipped by DPD, DHL and Royal Mail special delivery. Delivery charges are a follows:
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery (2-3 days) Free over £100 or £5 for less
- Next Day UK Delivery (order received before 3pm) £7.50
- London same day Delivery (Monday to Friday) £15
- Saturday UK Delivery (order received before 3pm) £12
Europe
- Standard Delivery (2-5 days) Free over £150 or 9€ for less
- Express Delivery (1-3 days - order before 3pm Monday - Friday) 18€
USA & Rest of World
- Standard USA Delivery (2-5 business days) - £15
- Express USA Delivery (1-2 business days - £20
- Standard Rest of World (2-5 business days) - £25
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You may need to sign for your purchase, so it is important to use a delivery address where you will be available to sign, or somebody you trust can sign for it. Please note: Any missing or incomplete orders must be reported to our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Most orders will be dispatched within 1 working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Please also note for orders outside the UK, that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
CLICK & COLLECT
This is a free service if you wish to collect your order from our Notting Hill store in person. Please bring along a copy of your order, and to prevent fraud we are unable to release your order without seeing your payment card. Our shop address is: Beach Cafe, Grand Union Studios, 332 Ladbroke Grove, London, W10 5AD.
TAX AND VAT
For customers in the UK all prices include Duty and VAT. For customers in countries outside the UK prices do not include Tax/Vat - All orders are subject to local Tax/Vat which are the customer’s responsibility to pay when it arrives at the country of destination. RoyalMail/DHL will contact you to make the VAT payment when the order is ready for delivery.
Any consignments refused by you the importer will incur a GBP £20 / EUR €24 / USD $25 fee and the actual cost of the shipment and it's return costs will be deducted from any refund.
PAYMENT
We accept payments securely through Shop Pay using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards. Payments can also be made through PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay & Apple Pay. All payment details are held securely with your chosen payment provider, Beach Cafe do not have any direct access to payment details.
Beach Cafe uses server security software with SSL encryption to provide the safe transmission of your personal details. All card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. In extremely rare instances Beach Cafe may need to cancel your order, if this is the case you will be contacted via the contact details provided.
