WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron and JCB cards. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system via Shopify and Paypal.

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR YOUR 1ST ORDER?

Yes! We offer a 10% discount on your first order when you subscribe to our newsletter. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotion.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

UK Orders - Standard delivery orders will take 2-3 working days to arrive, and for next day orders placed before 3pm (Monday to Friday) will arrive the next working day. We also offer a Saturday delivery service for orders placed before 3pm on Friday. International Orders - Standard delivery on European and USA orders will arrive in 2-4 working days. Worldwide orders will arrive within 4-6 working days.

DO YOU OFFER CLICK & COLLECT?

You can collect your order from our Notting Hill office Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. Grand Union Studios, 332 Ladbroke Grove, London, W10 5AD.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If would like to add additional items, or you need to make changes to the sizes or address on your order, please email info@beachcafe.com with your order number and details. Once your order has been dispatched we are not able to make any changes.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has been dispatched, we will send an email or SMS with your tracking information. If you are unable to locate your tracking information, please email info@beachcafe.com.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email or call to let us know. We will hold the new item if available, and dispatch it free of charge when the first item arrives back with us. This service is available in the UK only.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

UK RETURNS - A free returns label will be included with your order, simply affix this to the parcel and take to your local Post Office. We recommend you keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it. We offer one free retum per order, any additional returns will need to be covered by the customer.

EUROPE & USA RETURNS - Should you need to return your order, you have 28 days from receiving your order. Please email info@beachcafe.com and we will send you a free DHL label, and you can book a free collection with DHL by visiting dhl.com, selecting your country to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL branch to organise collection, or drop of at your local DHL drop off point. We recommend you keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it.

We do not offer free intemational retums, however you can make your own return using any secure service. We do recommend using a sign for service to provide proof of return. Returns should be sent to the following address -

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Good news! All Beach Cafe orders are sent in our signature gift box for no extra cost.

HOW TO CARE FOR SWIMWEAR?

It is important to follow the washing instructions found on the garment label, please read carefully before washing. To ensure your swimwear remains in perfect condition, please follow our care suggestions below.

•Rinse after wearing in soapy water.
•Hand wash using a mild detergent.
•Do not tumble dry or iron.
•Dry flat, and not in direct sunlight.
• Suntan lotion, salt water, and chlorine can cause fabric damage and discolouration - this is not a fault in the fabric.
