Christmas Delivery & Returns 2025
We are pleased to offer extended returns for Christmas gifts - orders placed between 17th November and 24th December can be returned up until 19th January 2026. For guaranteed Christmas delivery please order by 22nd December before 3pm in the UK, and by 18th December for orders in Europe and USA.
We offer free easy returns for UK and EU orders, if unsuitable items are returned to us within 14 days of delivery date . Simply fill in the returns form enclosed with your order send the unsuitable items back to us. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered with tags still attached. *Customers who return who return a high volume of orders in full may no longer be eligible for free returns. This policy is in place to ensure fair use of our services.
UK RETURNS
You can return your item to us for FREE using Royal Mail Tracked Returns. This service offers printer less options for added convenience. More information on how to use this service is provided below. You must keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it. We offer one free return per order, any additional returns for the same order will be charged £3.95 per return.
Please note: If our free return label is used more than once for a single order, a £4 charge will be deducted from your refund to cover additional postage costs.
How do I use Royal Mail for my return?

- Fill in the enclosed return form and include with returned items. We cannot locate your order details if you do not do this.
- Fill in your personal details on the link above to generate your return label.
- Choose your preferred return method – you can drop your parcel off at a Parcel Locker, ParcelShop (Collect+ or Post Office), or Delivery Office.
- You will be emailed the return label and QR code – perfect if you don’t have a printer at home. Depending on your setup, choose one of the following options:
Labels to Go (No printer required)
Use the QR code from your email at a printer-enabled Locker, ParcelShop (Collect+ or Post Office), or Delivery Office to print your label onsite.
Print at Home
Attach your label and drop your parcel at a Locker, ParcelShop (Collect+ or Post Office), or Delivery Office, depending on parcel size.
EUROPE & USA RETURNS
Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order. Please email info@beachcafe.com and we will send you a free returns label with either Fedex or DHL. We will offer what is available for each region - there is not a choice between each courier. We recommend you keep the proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit without it. If you do not use our free DHL or Fedex returns label, you are responsible for all return costs, we will not cover any incorrect import duties applied.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer free international returns, however you can make your own return using any secure service. Please make sure that your return is clearly marked 'RETURN OF BRITISH GOODS' as we cannot be liable for any import fees. We do recommend using a sign for service to provide proof of return. RETURN CONDITIONS
• All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered with tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Any orders retuned without the complimentary Beach Cafe Travel Pouch (not all orders included this) will have £4.95 deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of the pouch.
REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items and your refund, which can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Please note:
• The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made
• The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
• If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued via email.
• The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider
• If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
• If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher
FREE EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email or call to let us know. We will hold the new item if available, and dispatch it free of charge when the first item arrives back with us.
TAX AND VAT.
For customers in the UK all prices include Duty and VAT. For customers in European countries prices do not include Tax/Vat - All EU orders are subject to Tax/Vat which are the customer’s responsibility to pay when it arrives at the country of destination. DPD/DHL will contact you to make the VAT payment when the order is ready for delivery.
Any consignments refused by you the importer will incur a GBP £20 / EUR €24 / USD $25 fee and the actual cost of the shipment and it's return costs will be deducted from any refund.
For US customers shopping on the US site, tax has already been deducted from your order.
However if you order on the UK / DE / EU sites from outside of the UK or EU (Switzerland, Channel Islands etc) Beach Cafe will refund the VAT paid after the point of sale.
PAYMENT
We accept payments securely through Sage Pay using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards. Payments can also be made through PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay & Apple Pay. All payment details are held securely with your chosen payment provider, Beach Cafe do not have any direct access to payment details.
Beach Cafe uses server security software with SSL encryption to provide the safe transmission of your personal details. All card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. In extremely rare instances Beach Cafe may need to cancel your order, if this is the case you will be contacted via the contact details provided.
