She shares her tips on where to stay, what to do, the best beaches not to be missed and what's next on her travel bucket list!

Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Niyarit on Mexico’s Pacific coast

WHERE TO STAY

Villa Premier Puerto Vallarta, or if you want to get crazy remote get to Las Casitas, only accessible boat for wild jungle, tree houses and Jade green ocean. The open plan designs mean you can sleep under the stars on swing beds, and it’s all ecologically minded.

WHAT TO EAT

All the guac! Fish quasadillas are to die for and their Ceviche had me at hello.

WHAT TO DRINK

All the Tequilla of course (responsibly)

MUST SEE

Sayulita, it completely stole my heart a few years ago, so I’ve returned this time to shoot some brightly coloured, animated fashion. There’s a lot more to Mexico than sun sea and sand though, I always encourage people to adventure into the depths of the jungle to canopy river. Get on horse back, ride a quad bike, find hidden gems like waterfalls. Word of warning, you can hear pumas scream at night.

Portugal, it’s a great place for a long weekend to surf. Long haul I want to go to the Maldives to free dive, Big Sur to road trip and Tonga.

TIPS FOR TAKING INSTA-WORTHY PHOTOS

I think we’re all on our phones way too much these days, so I say don’t set them up, just enjoy yourself, you’re bound to look back at pictures you’ll treasure forever that way simply because they’re real. They’re moments that are impossible to reproduce, which makes them so much more special.
